What is Tiara Fitness or T-Fit?

Tiara Fitness is a one stop shop for participants in pageants across the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex and surrounding area.

T-Fit provides a variety of services to help ladies win pageants. Our services include fitness training that focuses on key areas of the body, nutritional guidance and consulting services.

Individual and group work outs are conducted at a convenient location and are tailored to individual body types in order to create the perfect physique for competition.

T-Fit has years of experience, as we have consultants and certified trainers who put our clients first.

Age groups start at 14 years old.
